All training and behavioural advice provided by [Your Business Name] is given in good faith, based on the information supplied by the client and the trainer’s professional experience. Training methods used are ethical, evidence-based, and force-free.
Clients remain responsible for the actions, safety, and welfare of their dog(s) at all times, whether during training sessions or outside them. Implementation of any advice or training plan is at the client’s own discretion and risk.
Dogs attending sessions must be fit, healthy, and up-to-date with vaccinations and parasite control. The trainer reserves the right to reschedule or refuse a session if a dog appears unwell or distressed.
While every reasonable effort is made to ensure the safety of clients, dogs, and property, I cannot accept liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in training sessions. Owners are legally responsible for their dogs’ behaviour under the Animal Welfare Act 2006, Dangerous Dogs Act 1991, and Control of Dogs Order 1992.
